Diane Abernethy has been a practicing solicitor with Nicholson Martin Legge & Miller for thirty years, during which time she has acquired a wealth of knowledge in family law and private client care. In particular wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. Currently she solely specialises in this private client care work along with acting as a part time tribunal judge in the area of social security law.
